Contact

Tell us the vehicle. We will tell you what fits.

Every enquiry reaches the same person directly. The more you can tell us about the vehicle and the seat position, the more useful the first reply will be.

For anything involving fitment, email or the enquiry form usually works better than a call — you can attach photographs, and photographs settle more questions than descriptions do.

Enquiry form

Send a product enquiry

Fields marked with a dot are required. Everything else is optional, but each one you complete removes a round of back-and-forth.

Please enter your name.
Please enter a phone number we can reach you on.
Please enter a valid email address.
Please choose a category, or select “Not sure”. If you are not certain, choose “Not sure” — identifying the category is part of what we do.
Make, model, year, variant if known, and which seat position.
For bulk enquiries, include how many vehicle variants are involved and your delivery window.
Please tell us what you need.

Photographs are the single most useful thing you can send: the belt at rest, the buckle and latch plate, both anchorage points, and any markings stamped into the hardware. Attach them to your email once the message opens, or send them directly to info@autogleam.in.

What happens next

  1. We read the detail and identify what is missing before replying, rather than sending a holding message.
  2. You get a specific response: what fits, what the options are, and what still needs confirming against the vehicle.
  3. If anything needs a qualified technician rather than a part, we will say so directly.
Before you write The three things worth having to hand: the vehicle make, model and year; the exact seat position; and a photograph of the existing belt. With those three, most enquiries can be answered in one reply.

Who gets in touch

Enquiries we handle every week

Whichever of these describes you, the starting information is the same.

01

Vehicle owners

Replacing one belt that is worn, damaged or no longer working. Usually resolved with photographs and the vehicle details.

02

Workshops & garages

Replacement work against a customer deadline. Tell us the deadline in the enquiry so sourcing can be planned against it honestly.

03

Fleet operators

Repeat or volume requirements. Bring the fleet composition, not just a vehicle model — most fleets contain more variants than expected.

04

Builders & resellers

Specifying restraints for a build or stocking for onward supply. Send the seating arrangement and mounting points available.
